Thrifty Car Rental
No Car for my Reservation

I'd a Reservation with Thrifty at Denver int'l Airport. Our reservation on 2/26/09 was for an vehicle having a Skiing stand for the Skiing vacation. I created the reservation in regards to a month ahead of time. Upon my appearance "Brooklyn" the rental clerk explained they did not possess the vehicle I reserved but did possess a larger vehicle for $50 more. Used to donot wish to spend significantly more than what I reserved. Between him and his supervisor they chose to recognize my reservation and deliver me to some rival (Progress carrental). They informed us they spoke to Progress and they might recognize the price we hade with Thrifty. While coming to Progress they stated Thrifty had never named them-but they might assist us and obtain us a vehicle. The rental was significantly more than my reservation.

Long History short. THRIFTY HURTS and affected my skiing holiday! I'll never hire from their website again and that I can make sure no body I understand may hire from their website both.
