Tricky approaches and customer cheating

I reached Washington Dulles Airport 1 week before and upon appearance visited Budget car rental to get a-5 time reservation to get a small vehicle. The entire expertise, right from the start towards the finish, is terrible.

Get expertise: After I came there, prepared to browse the vehicle. Our driver's permit was refused!!! Nevertheless, I've no incident report or any type of breach report on-hold. After 1 and 1/2 hrs waiting, their supervisor arrived and joined some unique signal in to the computer program to obtain my reservation through. Throughout that waiting time, I requested the consultant what's my cited complete price for 5 times rental, he explained it had been 9.43.

Return: Disastrous!!! The estimate I get online was $119,43, nevertheless, after I delivered the vehicle 6 nights later (oneday wait because of their workplace turn off). Their consultant meant to cost me $284.36. The extra cost cause is the fact that I'm under-age 25 and certainly will spend "extra charge" that will be $25/evening! But this season I switched 25!!! Their clarification is the fact that I should be MORE THAN 25!! Holy shit!

I named their service-center and experienced an extremely rude man who concerns my math and trained me just how to determine my age. SOB!!! Then I named the Dulles Airport Budget workplace and spoke for their supervisor. That man was rude too. He didn't acknowledge covering the extra charge from me and declined to consider my grievances.
