I went in for a simple balance rotate and oil change that was quoted 25 minutes. 2 hrs later I leave with the job incomplete. They broke off a peg from my wheel and after 2 weeks still do not have the part. This is not the first time they did not do what they said they would do. Several times I informed them that I marked the tires and they still did not rotate the tires. They have never after 10 years completed work on time. The only reason I still use them is because I can drop off and get everything done in one stop for the lowest price. Some times the lowest price is not always the best. Never ever use NTB. After a year they still do not have the location on their web site!!!
