I brought my truck into Legacy Ford and have always had problems. I tried to pick ut one rep and make him my guy, to avoid future problems. Brought truck in for 30000 mile checkup. Day before, tech notes it will be $40 extra for the royal purple oil I use. Bring in next day, NO extra $40. Wife questions tech, no clue. They put regular oil in, rather than the synthetic, royal purple! I called, tech has the nerve to blame my wife for not MENTIONING!!! Clueless! GM says to bring truck in, they will switch and he will refund cost of oilchange. Wife brings it back, 2 lost days - no refund! GM won't do it.
