After my stolen vehicle has been recovered, Safeway has taken the keys to the vehicle and they are now ignoring me

On October 6th. 2003 my vehicle has been stolen outside a Chicago night club. The car has been recovered by the Chicago Police about two weeks later. Since the recovery of the vehicle Safeway has taken my car keys along with the vehicle itself and they have since been ignoring me as well as the bank who is the vehicle's title holder.
The insurance agent who is handling my claim (Michael Legenza) has decided to violate my private life in every way possible. Mr. Legenza has decided to investigate my entire life including checking my credit history, talking with individuals regarding my character, going through the personal lives of my close family members.

Furthermore Mr. Legenza has implied my wrongdoing in this matter in a misterious way.

Safeway Insurance has infringed on my private life, and most importantly on my private rights guaranteed to me by the United States Constitution.

Mr. Legenza along with Safeway Insurance is trying to make the customer look like the actual criminal or the person responsible for the unfortunate incident.
I am left with no vehicle, for which I am still making payments and Safeway is ignoring my phone calls. They were eager to take my money as their customer, however now they have taken my recovered car and have left me with the payments.
