Last year Nov I was Hit on the passenger side of my car by someone on my way to work, this person hit me then fled the scene, I chased Him as he got on the Highway until the next exit where he got off. I got out of my car and told him to pull over at the gas staion close to us. Come to find out he did not have a license or insurance and was an illegal alien in the country, he tried to convince me to just forget about it and let him go but I said No.

After letting Safeway know about the accident The Game Started, I was told that the person driving was not the owner the owner did have insurance with safeway, Safeway said that the driver had given permission to another individual to drive His car and Safeway wanted to try to find out if the person that had received permission to drive the car had given permission to someone else to drive the car the Game has continued from then on. They recently denied the payment And since then its been going on between Allstate my insurance Co. And Safeway.
