Sold me a lemon, the vehicle has numerous mechanical problems

I purchased a vehicle 2003 Cadillac CTS from Silver State Auto @ 3141 Fremont St Las Vegas, NV 89104,10/2, the price quoted was $8500 when they added finance charges it totaled over $10000, on 1/2 I took my car to a GM certified dealer for service because my check engine light came on and it resulted in $1400 worth of repairs that silver state would not repair.
