Car sale gone bad

I purchased a car (2006 Nissan Altima) from Pineville Imports in Nov about two weeks after purchase my service engine soon light came on I then went back to the dealership for them to look at the car b/c I knew it was to earlier for me to be experiencing any problems w/this car I had just bought I was told by owner (Ibraham) oh don't worry I will have the car looked at it's probably just the O2 sensor so I took the car over to a garage that belonged to a friend (Mike) of his off of Wilkinson Blvd he then called and told Ibraham in front of me that it was the catalytic converter Ibraham stated that he would get the part and then call me to when I need to come and get it put on, he did but, he replaces the O2 sensor instead of the catalytic converter knowing that, that is what needed to be replaced I have been asking him when would he replace the right part and stop trying to get over he reasure me he would, now that time has gone by and I need to have my car inspected I have been asking him and now he just want do it at all, now I'm in a position where I can loose my tags all behind his negligence. He has been very disrespectfull and rude the last few times I've called to the point of yelling and hanging up the phone on me. The last conversations took place on Friday Dec 17 and thats when he told me straight out "Don't start with me I'm not going to get it fixed" I have tried to be corgel with him even sented business to him because I thought he was a good person an was gone stick to his word. He didn't. I'm very upset about this situation because I have been a great customer & I just don't feel that people like that should be able to treat others any kinda of way because they know to "work the system and get over" Thank you
