Service and Warranty are crap

I purcharsed a 2003 Nissan Altima at Carmax May. Immediately after I acquired it, the check-engine light continued and we got it in. They stated it was an O 2 indicator along with a machine tube flow. They never examined the catalytic converter once they changed the indicator. Oct, the check-engine light returned on. I got it in and it is been hell since. The guarantee organization will not repair the vehicle and Carmax will not take responsibility for promoting me an automobile with issues. The catalytic converter evidently smashed apart and delivered pices in to the motor. And so I require a new motor. Even while the tow vehicle was getting my vehicle down towards the Nissan dealer, the idiot at Carmax really had the nerve to inform us they remain behind their vehicles the whole period a person owns it. Oh please. When they remain behind it, itis to assist you drive it onto the tow vehicle. To include insult to damage, the leading tire has become smooth also. It had been good after I got the vehicle to Carmax.

Obviously, I'll observe them in court.
