Total fraud! Nothing is certified! The inspection report is visual and they have no record of it!

I purchased my VW Passat 99 in October of 09. We purcahsed a used car that is a bit older to keep our costs down. I trusted Carmax because they supposedly have a 120 point inspection - which is how they suck you in. One month after purchasing the vehicle, I needed a new exhaust pipe. Carmax fixed this for free. One month later, my check engine light came on and then went off again. 9 months later I need new catalytic converters, a new ABS brake module, I hadto replace the windshield wiper motor for $560.00. The total for the cataltyic converters and the ABS module - if not covered under my extended warranty - will be approximately $3700. I purchased the vehicle for $8000. Carmax was only willing to offer me a discounted price on aftermarket converters. That's all. The Service Manager admitted to be that the 120 point inspection is visual and no report is kept. He also admitted to me that if they fixed bad parts before selling cars, they would not make as much money. Thats right, that's what he said. Do not go to carmax. I"m considering picketing their location. They are screwing people all over the country. Let me know if youre interested in a class action lawsuit.
