Unethical sales people

I went in to see a buick that was advertised in dnj, i was steered to a nissan, after 4hours of being beat up, i bought the car, being told if i dident like the car i could bring it back up to three days. I called the next day and told them i was bringing it back in the morning. When i got there i was told they never said i could i could bring it back, but i could exchange it. After an hour of trying to get my car back, i called my daughter in la, (she is an attorney) and she said make them give you your car back, another hour and i was told i couldent trade the nissan for the orginal buick i came in to buy, i would have to pay off the nissan, and than i could buy the buick. I was told he couldent get rid of the first deal, he would lose his job, this went on and on, i called my daughter back, she was so furious she was shouting, she wanted to talk to someone, the someone 's name is mike supposedly the manager, she yelled at him and for 5 0r 10 minutes and he suddnly could delete the first deal, even if he lost his job and sell me the buick for the agreed price of 15500. The new papers were made up and when i went to sign them the price was 17503.61, again i thru a fit, tried to call my daughter back and my cell phone was dead asked to use their phone and mike stated the phone lines had gone down. At this point i had been their 5 hours i was about to come unglued so i signed the papers and left. Why are these people still in business? After the fact i looked them up at the BBB and suprise, suprise they have a D - rating.
