Our name is Quana Hilt and that I was within the Car Area shop on 116th s halsted Friday night 11/29 and that I bought an alternator and requested the employee when they may charge my battery for me personally they offered me a tough about performing that for me personally they explained to return in 45 minutes to choose it-up and so I did that-but, after I returned to choose it-up they'd not provide it back again to me declaring they didn't notice me walk-in withit I had been really annoyed and so I called the Detroit police division plus they managed it for me personally and that I got my battery back despite the fact that I'd my unique recepit. I've never beem handled thus badly in my own life. I'd never return to that car again and everybody inside ought to be dismissed.
