Ripped off with their duralast gold series battery

Autozones Duralast Gold series batteries carry a 2 year, no questions asked free replacement guarantee. The date the battery was purchased was clearly marked on the side... It was dated March. I was the original purchaser of the battery. Fast forward to November.

The battery was clearly dead so i took it to them to have them test it. They came back and told me it was good so i took it home, charged it up fully and put it back in my Honda Civic only to have it die again with a few hours. So i took it to Napa and they tested it and ensured me it was definitely a bad battery. Took it back to Autozone yet again and they confirmed, bad battery and that they will replace it. As they start looking for my warranty information, they cant find it. What they do find though is a mish-mash of poorly entered warranty information on things i have bought from them in the past. The search goes on for 20 mins and they cant find my warranty information on this particular battery and basically tell me "tough luck".

So let me get this straight... You can clearly see ive bought parts for this particular car from you on a regular basis... You can see the date on the battery and that its clearly bad... So why wont you honor your warranty? Is it because the person who entered my warranty information was too incompetent to enter it correctly?

Im done with Autozone, done with their piss poor customer services and their crap products. I have 4 vehicles that i do all my own maintenance on and i will never step foot in an Autozone store because of the reasons stated above. This is not the first time i have had issues with their warranty process but it is certainly the last! Im not out to rip anyone off and when i have a clear history of buying many, many parts through this store, i would expect a slight bit of leniency to be taken into account when a mistake was made on their part.
