Incorrect and Untrue reporting on DAC report Ripoff

I feel Bell trucking forwarded untrue and incorrect entries on my Dac report in retaliation for my resignation. I did give notice!

Bell trucking listed three items on the DAC report. None of the items were recordable; no police invovlment; no citation; and the only incident in question was a slightly bent bumper. I, the driver, paid for the bumper and the labor to replace same. The curb in question sustained nothing.

I was always on time for pick up and delivery of loads. Never lost a load or had any damage. I never refused any load! During my employment I showed up at two different times to the same shipper to find someone else erroneously took my load and beceause it was after office hours had to wait till the next morning to find out what the next orders were.

Another major issue I find is that if a driver encounters any kind of problem late at night or early morning hours, a driver has a big problem getting a response or help. Generally everything is handled between the 8-4 syndrome!

I feel Bell Trucking should not have submitted anything on the DAC report. I've done nothing wrong. So Help Me God!!
