Lied on my DAK Report, Ruined my career befor it started. Ripoff

When I finished school, I found a job at Superior trucking out of port gibson NY just out side of Newark NY. At orientation I was told that I would be fired for not checking in on time or being late for my appointments. This was the golden rule at this company.

Anyway after two weeks of driving my dispatcher said he was going to turn me in albany to report to the drop yard just off the throughway NY90 and to drop my trailer "another driver was to pick it up" and that he had another driver in rout with my next load. I waited two hours no loaded trailer. I called my dispatcher he assured me the trailer was on its way and that the driver pulling it left hours ago.

Several hours later still no loaded trailer. I called the office again the mechanics desk answerd the phone. I explained my situation and the mechanic laughed. Our drivers have all gone home for the night. I right then and there new that I had been lied to by the dispatcher.

I decided that any company that would give me a driver. So much hype about checking in and doing things on time and honesty and not be willing to follow the same rules did not care about drivers. So I fired up the truck and returned it to the yard. However "leaving the trailer for the driver that I was told Was to pick it up", (I quit the job).

I have been trying to get a job driving but no company will hire me. I applied to JB Hunt and found out why. Superior trucking of port Gibson NY Just out side of Newark NY Put on my DAK that I abandon thair Equipment and load. After giving it some thought it could look as if I did but that is not the way it happened.

Since this time I have Spoken with other drivers not working for Superior anymore and all are out of work because this company was dishonest about thair termination and lied on thair DAK reports.
