Won't return phone calls, charged $600 more than quoted, threw fragile boxes, came 3 days late, appalling apathy for their mistakes ripoff

This moving company is a joke if they think they're professionals. During an already stressful time of moving across the country to an unknown area without any friends, Pro Movers Network caused me even more exhaustion and distress.

Phone calls were not returned. I was given a 2-day spread on when the driver would arrive to pick up my belongings—late the 2nd day, I had to call to find out why the driver was not only NOT at my place, but hadn't even called to let me know where he was.

For 3 days I was on the phone with either Kyle with Pro Movers, Desmond with dispatch for A-Team Moving and Leo the driver. Why was I even on the phone with dispatch??? All 3 had different stories each time I talked with them. Kept being told the driver was on his way—then a few hours later the driver would call saying he hadn't left his current location. "He'll be there tonight by 9:00, " then 9:00 would roll around and the driver would call to say he was tired and not coming up! This happened NUMEROUS times.

I was told that the reason my belongings were picked up late was because the driver kept having to pick up/drop off other people's items, yet when the driver showed up, he was using a tiny U-Haul that only MY items could fit in. I was charged $600 more than quoted! The delivery men literally threw my boxes marked with 'Fragile."

My piano arrived with knicks and scratches. NO communication between Kyle, the dispatch and the driver—I ended up having to call the driver the DAY OF the delivery because no one had given him my address. They refunded $200 in attempt to make up for this—that doesn't even touch the phone calls, stress, mishandling, and apathy of Pro Movers Network during a time when I have enough to think about—moving cross country.
