Left us dumped

We were awaiting the 2nd calf of our trip, heading from Detroit to Green Bay. A hardly audible statement informed us the trip have been terminated - no description provided. After standing in-line for more than an hour or so, we were informed the termination was for bad-weather (despite warm skies outside as well as in Green Bay) and they couldn't purchase a and may not really guarantee us a trip out 24 hours later. I had been compelled to pay for nearly $300 to get a rental car, generate unfamiliar streets for 3 hours during the night, and despite a towards the FAA and Usa, never gotten payment for that missed trip or for that rental car. Usa just boasted about their promptly report.
