Oilstop, I took my car in for an oil change and they failed to tighten or replace my radiator cap, i lost the cap and lost all my coolant. My car overheated halfway down the street, I had to stop at a car parts store and had to buy a radiator cap and coolant, cost at $20.00 I took in the reciept and explained what happened its been two weeks without hearing nothing, its not like the complaints of thousands that have been written but they should take responsibility...
