Crescent Bank & Trust and Bohn Ford are crooks! I got the

I bought a car from bohn ford in april my interest rate was 33% but i needed a vehicle. I bought 1500 dollars worth of warranty when i got financed. Until this day bohn ford has not honored my warranty, but CRESCENT bank and their affiliates are crooks. My payment book was never recieved. I don't know when my note is due. My note is 311.00 on a 98 ford windstar.

Recently i got a letter stating my car would be repoed but before that i got a call from a guy claiming to be the president of the bank. His attitude was so unprofessional. His tone was supposed to intimidate me "he said we have problems with you and if you dont call me we will blah blah blah." I called and I couldn't reach this guy, so i made the payments. A month or so later, they came to get the car from my mother's and i wasnt there.

I got a letter at my mother's saying to call, so i did. When i talked to Ms. Woodard on the phone she said i was three payments behind. This was on a wednesday. I said you rather have your money than to have a car back. I told them I can make the payment on that friday (note that i'm on a new job that they haven't called yet). They got me fired off my last one for calling like we have kids together.

Ms. Woodard put me thru to her supervisor. I said i can make this payment in full friday, in full. She told me NO and that she needed $940. Oo today or it was going to be repoed. Then she added "don't think the repo man don't work on thanksgiving. He will be there to get it. Oh and give him a plate for me. Happy holidays she hung up laughing."

They just dont know what kind of a problem they got on their hands now.
