Rip-off, repoed my 1997 Nissan Truck, after I got sick and was told I had an extended warranty, Lies

I Bought a 1997 Nissan single cab Truck, acouple of days later I sat down to read the warranty, Pow a big wopping 27 percent intrest rate, I called the car nissan where I bought the car from, they said they could not help me because it was to late I had already signed the contract... The truck that was 9300 later came to see it was 18600 I was so depressed.

I called the bank to tell them this can't right there must be a mistake somewhere they said no you signed the contract.By just startint on a new job tring to get my finances straight crescent was not trying to here that after Two weeks I was late paying my note (407.93) they threated to repo my truck. On sundays he would call, this was the manager of the bank. Now I have no truck and stuck with a balance of 12300 which they say I don't have to pay because it was a volentary repo, so I had it disputed, but the out come was as follows you have to pay this amount,

I was told to come in the bank with a letter stating I needed information to find out how much I own because they wouldn't give me that information over phone. I can't get a day off right now and by the time I do get off its after 5 pm please please I tell you any body thinking about signing a contract with crescent bank please think again...
