On September 9 I brought my car (a 2004 toyota corolla) to toyota for a CHECK LIGHT, DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW REPAIR ONLY. I there was a misfire at first, than told that there were 3 misfires, INDICATING A COST DIFFERENCE TO THE ORGINAL COST RANDY FIRST GAVE TO REPAIR MY CAR. I told Jamie to FIX EVERYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR, he said "ok Ms. Penn I'll take care of you." I was told "it would be a couple of days." i WAS GIVEN BILL FOR $2628.34 AND DIRECTED TO THE CASHIER. 13days later (I after calling numerous times to see what the status was on my car) I received a call from Mr. Rivera letting me know that my car was ready, meanwhile; I have a rental car that I have to PAY for because YOUR company will ONLY PAY for 2days. Leaving me to pay the balance of $210, not to mention the insurance cost @ 15.99 day for 13days @ Enterprise. I drove off the lot on September 22, (13days later) and NOT EVEN 1 block down the street and the CHECK LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN!!! I paid $2628.34 to get my window repaired and even that's not fixed and not one time has anyone attempted to repair it, even after i 've complained about it and my clutch slip since i've brought it to be repaired!!! I came back the next day to have that repaired. After having that repaired a noise begun and I brought back AGAIN. I was sent to Hertz and had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I came to Bob Tyler and pick-up my car and decided to cool -off for a while, I called the manager, Randy and explained my experience and he assurded me that he would get it right. I brought my car AGAIN October 26. The ticking sound was fixed and then another earpiercing sound begun I called on Friday the 29th to complain about this newly arised problem I spoke with someone who suggested that I call to speak with Randy again (I had already left a message on his voicemail prior to speaking with the associate.) I called Randy on October 30, I explained that one sound was gone but now another one has begun. He told me to bring the car in on Monday, November 1. I brought my car in AGAIN on yesterday November 1 as requested by the manager and released it to me AGAIN on yesterday and TODAY THE SAME NOISE IS STILL CONTINUES. I was ripped off $2628.34 and i got nothing for my money, other than lies. I should be reimbursted my monies since your company can not and will not fix the problem and have only created more problems for me. My clutch slips, my window seeps air, god only knows what your company has done to my engine, belts, hose, or anything else under the hood or underneath my car. I came in with your product and you could not even fix it. I would have expected this from someone else but your the dealer and you stole from me $2628.34 and i got nothing for my money but a smile and lies.
