Tires for life when buy ca

When buy our new Ford Fusion from the Rosado group. One of the reasons we bought from them was they said any new car bought from them we would get free tires for life on the car. Well now since we bought the car we are in need of our frist set of new tires. I called there dealership in Dickson city to schedule for new tires. They said they honered the program. Then the man told me if we did not have our car serviced at there dealer for the past couple of years. They would not honor the tires for life. Well when bought the car they told me could service it anyware. I had all my servicing done at local service shops since we have owned the car. This company a bunch of rip offs. Now we have to find hundres of dollars for tires. When they should be giving them to us for free like the dealer told me when we bough the car. I spent over 18,000 dollars on a car that was not what they told me i was buying in the first place. Now they are screwing me again.
