Aka / Greg DeFrauded of $3600 i paid for motorcycle 4 months ago and never received unit. Theft by deception

On 6/2 I ordered (2) spider motorcycles from leap parts and prepaid with a bank wire transfer in the amount of $7540.

On 6/30 I received (1) unit that had extensive front end damage, but no second unit. I immediately notified Greg and he stated he would send me the replacement parts to fix the damaged unit and to be patient, my second unit would arrive shortly.

After approximately 25 phone calls, each with assurance that Greg or another representative would return my call, I find myself still with no returned call.

It is now 120 days later and I still have not received my second unit, valuing ($3870.00), nor have I received the parts to repair the damaged unit or the MSO (Title) for the first unit, deeming it unsaleable.

I continue to call the main office on a daily basis, only to continually get the runaround and many unfulfilled promises.

It is quite obvious to me that I have been a victim of Theft by Deception and intentionally been defrauded of the ($7540.00) CASH, which I prepaid, via bank wire transfer, in "Good Faith", for these goods.

I have presented Leap Parts with many opportunities to resolve this matter over the past 120 days, ie: refund, shipping of the second unit, a valid MSO for the received unit, all of which have been presently ignored.
