Horrible service / sent back damaged unit

I sent my unit in July. I called up numerous times with no response. I finally was able to get a hold of someone 6 months later. I was told that the unit is still waiting for repair and they are still waiting for a part. I was never informed of this. We were given a leadtime of 2 weeks. I finally received my unit 7 months later. After all this, our engineers tested the unit and it still did not work. They didn't even test the unit before they sent out the unit.
Here is my call history:
07/30/09-11/22/09-numerous calls by our engineers, no response.
11/23/09-I got involved on 11/23. Called on 11/23, no response to email or phone.
11/24/09-No response to phone and left a message.
11/25/09-no response
11/30/09-no response
12/22-I finally spoke to Adam at Nyco. He was upset that I called him on his cellphone. I told him we were trying to get a hold of him for 4 months and to send the unit back ASAP.
1/27- Finally got a hold of someone. She said parts will be in today.
2/1-Part is still not there. I requested to send the unit as in, they refused because they already ordered the part. I asked to speak to the repair person, they refused to let me talk to anyone else.
2/11-Will ship in 1-2 days.
2/22-Finally received unit. Determined unit was never fixed.
