Landstreet Road Motors Sold a Lemon! Tansmission Blew! Now I'm out the $

Purchased a vehicle with 50% down.
Vehicle started having stalling issues. Took it to get fixed.
They claimed it was fixed, but continues to stall out.
They then told me that it was fine, just to ignore my "check engine soon light"

Yesterday (28 days after purchasing the vehicle) I have NO power and stall at one of the busiest intersections. I call him and he asks me to try to get it to him. After turning off the car and starting it back up, I was able to coast on idle to his location.

After bringing it to him, he tells me that there was no oil. That is why it did it. But yet claims that he changed the oil when I purchased it (Big Lie... Oil was extremely dirty!) Now I get a call and he tells me the entire transmission died. That he is going to "TRY" to see what he can do. Not only did I already give him $5300 CASH... Now I have to worry about spending over $2000 to get it fixed.

I have already contacted an attorney.
PLEASE beware... Do NOT purchase from this company.
I wish I would have followed the advise of others and purchased elsewhere.
Guess I just had to learn the hard way, but this is not the end of it.
