Broadway motors bought truck from broadway, they recommended, and said they purchased themselves, a warranty for the vehicle

We went to Broadway Motors and purchased a Ford F150. The salesman recommended a warranty, which he said he purchased himself. We purchased the warranty. The 4x4 went on the truck and as we were trying to get it fixed, found that the warranty was a rip off. Called back to Broadway Motors and was told we were going to have to take them to court, they would not honor the warranty nor would they refund our money.
