Charged Outrageous prices on parts and after arguing why would you charge this much stated that they charged 2.5 times the normal for better parts. The parts are low quality low end. They overcharged Lied about parts and labor prices. Over charged parts

Tires plus store in Hudson, WI. I went in for 4 new tires and an alignment and then got a call from the salesman that I needed to replace shocks and tie rods. I agreed to the additional price he gave over the phone thinking it was overall but the salesman quoted the elevated parts price only. I was seriously alarmed when I got the bill! I spent an additional one thousand dollars for 4 shocks and 1 tie rod assembly installed. The parts were 800 dollars and labor 400 dollars. This was above and beyond the tires being put on at the same time. The van was at the shop for 3 hours total. I checked the part numbers and for a 2002 Ford econoline E150 van the same parts total was $380.00. I tried to talk to the salesman about it and he didn't care since I already paid he said we are done here and you will not be getting any money back.
