Ripoff

This is a car mechanic shop. I went in to fix a noise in the car, they said it was the belts and pully. So they replaced them I left and heard the same exact noise almost immediately. I went back and all of a sudden they insisted it was the water pump all along. Why did they tell me it was one thing when it was actually another and make me fix parts that didn't need to be fixed? I am now out over $400 dollars for parts replaced that never needed to be replaced. Thats over $200 dollars basically thrown away due to thier lies. I I even checked the prices for these same parts at a Discount Auto Parts and they gave me far lower prices then what Tires Plus is charing me. These people have ripped me off.
