Deceptive sales practices & tactics, bad repair services

May 20 purchased used 2001 Oldsmobile Alero which was originally priced at $3,995. Sales person name is Robert Kreisel. I was given the repair order sheets of work done to vehicle along with an incomplete car fax report with no other service records and was told nothing was wrong with vehicle needs no reconditioning. Was told price would be going up to $4882.90 the following day if I would not purchase car. They then did a switch and bait and sold car to me for total of $5,887.00 Which included faulty workmanship. Returned car to dealership for service less than 24 hours for saftey concerns. Horn did not function, left alignment problem and transmission was trouble. Flushed transmission fluid, replaced repaired two tires, horn and alignment fixed at no charge. Went to a independent repair shop for inspection of car and was given an estimate of over $2,000 of work thats needs to be done. The work should have been done prior to selling vehicle under excellent condition to me as a consumer. I was also humiliated by the service manager Brian when I took car in for repairs. No saftey point inspection was conducted on vehicle as I was told would also be done. Left alignment is still not corrected on this vehicle. The two tires did not need to be repaired and rotated and thus made my tires uneven wear tread. Do not purchase from m'lady nissian!!!
