Shop owner takes customer's cars for joyrides. - Vehicle Inspection

I dropped my car off at this shop to have it inspected. I called the next day to see if it was done which it wasn't, but no big deal. I figured maybe they were busy and it would be done the next day. Later that night around 8pm i see my truck pulling into the local shoprite parking lot. I confront the driver and it is the owner of the shop. He trys to distract me by telling me my truck failed, but I asked him what he was doing driving it. He said he was driving it home, so i said "do you always take customer's cars for joyrides?" By the way that isn't true because I know for a fact he lives right behind the shop. He then said "f! @# you I make 100k a year and you want me to inspect your truck, f! @# you here's your keys!" and throws my keys. That is my first and last experience with this shop.
