Took parts off my NEW car when sent to a shop to have repairs done and now will not replace what was taken and the car was sent to the owner of the dealerships sons shop for repair!

Ok my husband and I were looking for a used car due to the fact we had a new addition to our family and our previous vehicle could not accomadate our whole family. We found a 2003 Trailblazer that ran and looked good and could fit everyone in our family. Well there were a few conditions on us buying the vehicle. A battery had leaked on the carpet by the previous owner so we requsted that be fixed and new tires were also part of the deal as they were very worn and a couple of other things. Well before we could drop off our new truck to have it fixed we got a flat tire! Well it came with a spare which is located underneath the truck and is held up by a mechanism under the truck so we changed the tire and put the old one in the back of the truck so the spare could be put back when we received the new tires!!! Well we took the truck to the dealership to be fixed they sent it off (to the owner of the dealerships sons shop) at the time we did not know this.
Well we got our truck back and the spare tire was still in the back of the truck

So my husband decided to put the tire back under the truck himself!!!

Well when he tried he found that the mechanism was gone and the speakers out of the back doors were also missing! We went to the owner and explained our problem he became very offensive and told us that the mechanism was broke and the speakers were NEVER there! Are you KIDDING me! Thats when we found out it was his sons shop well I really dont care who's shop it was our stuff is GONE! And we want it replaced but its been almost 90 days and we are NOT getting anywhere with them Also to add insult to injury the truck also failed inspection! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP or does anyone have any advice? I have 3 kids and really cant afford a lawyer and oh by the way consumer affairs ha ha can't even get a response from them!
