I took my car in to be fix and I still have the problem

On June 1st I took my Sienna Van in for an oil change and a brake evaluation. There was a thumbing noise in the back of the van. I was told that I needed new wheel cylinders. The work was done costing $ 264.63. On June 14 return with the van; the noise was worse, brake repair was done under warranty. On June 23rd, noise has returned, but much worse. At this time I was told I also needed new brake drums and brake shoes. This work was done which wasn't covered under the brake warranty, so I was charged 192.62.
