Brake repair Very poor Mechanics, Brakes fail after 1 year because of wrong Part installed

I had my Brakes repaired at Gormans Automotive on 7/7/08 By Gorman's Automotive In Windham Maine, The Person I dealt with was named Mike, he told me I needed to have my Rear Brakes lines Replaced which they did at a cost of $198.69 The Labor alone was $162.50 to install 3 short Lines and two fittings with Fluid. I had no problem with That and had the work Done, however after driving the car only a day I heard something Rattling, you can always tell when you get a new noise after a repair something's not right. Well, I took the car back and they checked it and said there was no problems yet still I heard that noise, well I just thought maybe it was me, after 11 Months and 7,000 later Im going down the street and OPPS! No brakes, after a close call with another car Thank GOD i knew to Pump your brakes when having a problem I took My car to My Dealer who informed me that the Brake line that was installed was to short and rubbing Against a piece of the body (WHICH WAS THE NOISE I HEARD) After it was done BY Gormans' who used a 20" Piece and it called for a 24" line so it worn out by rubbing and caused a hole in the line. When I contacted Mike at Gorman's he was very Rude and told me my car dealer didn't know what they where talking about and that he would not warranty the brake lines after a year, told him it was installed wrong but he just hung up on me. If this is the kinda service they provide I would BEWARE of them Who knows I may have been killed because they installed the wrong brake line.
