Unprofessional/Untrained repair personnel

My GMC Denali was taken to the service department because of a short, causing several things not to function correctly. They said they checked it our and found nothing wrong. I was charges $218.40 for all the supposed knowledge. I paid them got in my car and started it, immediately I knew it was the same and the clock reset. There was a TSB (Trouble Shoot Bulletin) out on the auto and they should have known if in fact they have all these wonderful machines, and if the repair person was knowledgable he could start the car and tell if in fact there was a problem. They gave me a work order that said everything was checked and all was working OK. I called the Service Manager out and showed him that the clock had reset, he said it just needed setting, so he set it and said it was fine. It resets everytime you start the car and the problem was never found. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, that is if you want your auto repapired properly. GM should shut these people down.
