Poor gun sales - Mossberg Gun

In short, I purchased on (11-09) a 270. Rifle from dicks and they lost my registration papers. I went right in when i found out the problem. Get this, they lost them a second time. I found this out when a head manager calls me and expects me to jump up and bring them again on 08. I told him hes out of luck i am not going in a third time. How unprofessional is that. This took place at the Mansfeild, Ohio store. I am sitting on the situation right now because i am not sure what to do. I was told to get a lawyer from a friend but not sure. What do you think? I know I will never purchase anything from there again.
