Rent a RV
Credit card charged not able to reach anyone by phone nor email

I placed my order online on the web site of the company. I noted my card was charged immediately in full. I faxed the contract as they requested via an automated email. To date and after leaving 10 messages over a two day period and countless phone calls where NOBODY picks up the line, I call at different times of the day. I am not able to get in touch with anyone at the company regarding my order. I have no idea what I am getting or even if or when I am getting the RV I paid for. I have also sent several email and have gotten no response. NO one ever picks up the phone at this company. Is this Rent-a-RV a scam on the internet. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and found so many complaints of people been cheated and not getting any customer service once they paid.
