Linens 4 You
Cancelled my order, charged my card, won't answer the phone & won't email me back

Construction & Repair

I placed an order for a quilt, pillow and shams totaling $140.99 on Sunday 11/25/07. The next day I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. There was no explanation as to why my order had been canceled and it looked as though my card was still charged.

I replied to their email questioning why the order was canceled and to verify my card had not been charged. After two days I still did not receive a response. I checked my credit card statement and sure enough they had charged my card. I sent them another email again asking why my order was canceled and why my card was charged. No response.

On Friday 11/30/07, I called the number listed on the email, it was not working. I went to the website and found a 2nd number. It had me on hold for 10 minutes before a recording come on saying to leave my name and number. I did. Still no call or email back.

There is something very shady going on with this company. Who would suspect a quilt company! Be careful in your dealings. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company so I am hoping this won't cost me anything.
