This company has about the worst customer service I have ever encountered. WHEN you can reach someone, they are surly and read from a script, refusing to actually help the customer. They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY when you order, but what you've ordered is NOT IN STOCK & EVER & and they do not tell you this.
Their website claims they email all their customers and to check your spam folders. The truth is, they do NOT send email order updates. It's all a big lie. Save yourself a HUGE HEADACHE and YOUR MONEY and do not order from MyShoeStore.com.
It is a scam, plain and simple. They take your money and do not send you what you've ordered. Their "customer service" representatives are snotty, not helpful at all, and LIE to their customers. Man, I wish I'd checked out their online reviews before I ever ordered from them. They've got almost 100 complaints at the BBB, and countless online complaints. Hopefully, they'll be out of business before they can rip off many more customers.
