Ripoff Isn't the world in enough stressful situations without allowing this company to do this

We purchased a truck in December. I generally pay the note toward the end of the thirty days. Well, the note is due on the 8th of the month. I start getting phone calls on the 11th continually until the end of the month. They say you can set up an electronic check, but the catch to that is they can date it only for 5 days out.

I have told them every time they call when I will pay it and always do. I am sick to death of the phone calls and now I have a tape recording device on my phone.

Of all the research I have done on debt harrassment I see that they cannot do that. I'm not even 30 days late.

Isn't the world in enough stressful situations without allowing this company to do this. I am going to contact my Attorney Generals office this next week. If they are doing that to me, what in the world are they doing to people who are severely late and have lost their job.
