I am wondering if we can get a class action suit against this company? I have been with them for the past year and in that time I have been late 29-30 on occasion due to the economy!!! But that does not permit this company to call my phone 20 times a day, which they do! They have contacted my employer and my husbands employer over and over and then call my phone and my husbands phone. I have counted atleast 30 calls in one day and that is considered harassment. The more you tell them to stop the more they call. The customer service reps are rude... This needs to stop, Capital one is the worst company to deal with, at this point I am willing to bring my car back to where I got it from. I can't deal with this harrassment anylonger.
