I received poor service this evening.
I asked for inexpensive skates and was told $22.99 When I got to the counter I was charged $29.99 I asked about the different price and was told it was a sale price from last week. The tag was listed as $24.99 on the shelf. I do not feel the sales person took my concern at all serious. Since the skates had to be sharpened I feel that I cannot return them either if I remain dissatisfied. I am not pleased with the approach at the counter nor the final result of the sale. I have been told that Sports Authority has updated their store and I am going to try them again on my next purchase
