Ebay Scam on Reebok 9K Skates

I paid for skates on ebay and never recieved them, I was promised many things from this guy and none of them were fulfilled. On top of that he screwed me out of 392.00 dollars. The skates were actually supposed to be a wedding gift from my wife but they were never recieved. After looking at what has happened to other people I am actually not suprised.
