Extremely poor alignment. Tried to pass the fault off on the car

Very bad alignment. My steering wheel was at 7 o'clock and 2 o'clock. Car still pulled and the numbers from the print out showed they never touched the drivers side and messed up the passenger side. Camber was never put into spec and they have claimed every time (4) I've gone in for an alignment that the caster is unable to be changed which is a lie so they don't have to mess with aligning the ball joints. Here is the history and most recent incident.
