Universal car lifts
Sold me some extended shocks that was cheap in quality and the wrong size!

I purchased some extended shocks from universalcarlift.com. They suggested these would have better traveling distance of the shock but instead they ripped through my lower control arm because they sold me a set of shock that were too long than needed for my car on 24inch rims. When i contacted them by sending picture email and by phone they passed me to several different people to deny responsibility.

The lifetime warrenty was disregarded by the unprofessional sales team to which recommended this specific shock to me. When asked where it stated in the book that you needed to use liftcup exactley to from this shock tearing up your car i was told it was irrelevant and that he would hang up because he had explained why they werent covering it and wasnt answering any more questions and this was the general manager. I had purchased quite a few of items from this company and when one failed they didn't back their product and also treated you as if your business with them didnt matter!
