Bilstein shocks by Beaver Tire Center in Ripoff

I took my Roadtrek motorhome for tire replacement to this center while staying with the owner of Beaver United Campground. I was informed that I needed brake pad and shocks also. I am a 70 year old woman and I travel a lot via motorhome. I did not think they would rip me off since I am the friend of the owner of a campground who refers a lot of work to them. I was wrong.
My son informed me that my Bilstein shocks have a lifetime of car warranty. I had requested all replacement parts be placed in my camper. I found only one shock left. When we comfronted the shop they said they had thrown away the other shocks. I just wanted to obtain the shocks and have them looked at by another company and then replaced under the warranty. Is there any thing I can do now?
