No mercy for Military people. Terrible, Terrible, customer support plus they ostensibly are messing the customer. Our boy joined the Navy on May 3rd we discovered his college was suppose to become September 7th, on May 15th we arranged a visit to Illinois, 24 hours later May 16th we discovered the day was transformed to June 24th, the trip orig. Price 840.00 to travel whenever we named to alter it towards the 24th they desired to cost people and extra 130.00 per person. I sent them evidence in the military that people were not those altering the day the army was, they essentially said too poor. Nothing they are able to do.By period we returned and next the price went up-to travel therefore today the visit to observe my boy scholar bootcamp has formally cost us 2000.00 to get a two-day visit to Illinois. Won't ever US-them again.
