Fraudulent Charges/Poor Customer Service

I arranged a trip from Orlando to Ottawa, Europe to get a fantastic cost through cheapoair.com simply to be named four times later that my trip wasn't available. The guy that named me could not talk a word-of language and there is terrible language barrier. They essentially explained that WestJet could not recognize their cost plus they desired to cost mean extra $500 for seats. I approached West Aircraft plus they advised me that Cheapoair never approached them concerning the seats and they have many problems with these sites. The get screenshots of the airlines pricing and make an effort to buy them-not maintaining present with current pricing. The things they do is stop you-but nevertheless ask you for the non-refundable $100 booking fee. It is only a con and scam. They've the toughest customer support I've previously experienced. I'm going to be arranging direct throught the airlines from today on. I'd like everybody to understand of the terrible support CheapOAir offers to its clients.
