Cocky unprefessional mechanic

The technician Jameal (Shorty) doesn't utilize great customer support. He agures and swears at clients including myself. He does shotty technician function occasionally and beverages at work. I went in on 5/21/10 to obtain providers completed, where the component was not mounted correctly. I had beennot provided a receipt so when I named"Shorty", on his immediate cellphone and required a bill, he cussed me and hung-up on me. Anything must be achieved about that technician. Any reliable auto-service centre workers would not perform themselves in this way, and so I do not see why must a Bankhead Hwy. Technician escape with such conduct for such a long time. Perhaps since nobody reviews the conduct since itis a community repair center. There must be some legislation within this Northwest Atlanta region.
