The technician Jameal (Shorty) doesn't utilize great customer support capabilities. He agures and swears at clients. He does shotty technician function occasionally and beverages at work. I went in on 5/21/10 to obtain providers completed which whilst the component wasnot mounted correctly and that I wasnot provided a receipt so when I named"Shorty", on his immediate cellphone and required a bill, he cussed me and hung-up on me.
