I bought a dress at Macys in San Francisco and noticed it had a small whole in the back, I wanted to exchange it but I couldn't go back so I tryed different Macys close to where I live and the only other store that had that same dress was Stoneridge Macy's The associate told me they had two dresses like mine but I should take it back to S. F since I bought it there I should return it there, their policy was not to except that damage dress because they would not be able to sell it. I then asked to speak to her manager and she informed me she would be back tomorrow I didn't want to argue w/her so I told her to save the dresses she had (two in my size) and I would travel there tomorrow and trye them. The associate asked for my name and phone # and said she would see me tomorrow. Well... in less than thirty min. She called me to save my self a trip because they did'nt have those dresses anymore. Something's wrong there...
